What this page covers

This page describes how MundAIne Labs handles information collected through this website and through conversations that begin here. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Information we collect

This site has no account system, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics embedded in the page.

If you email us using one of the links on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, company, and the details of your enquiry. We keep that correspondence so we can respond to it and maintain a record of the conversation.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, to scope potential work, and to keep in touch about that work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf (for example, the provider that hosts our email) or where the law requires disclosure.

Client data in deployments

When we deploy AI systems inside a client’s environment, the data those systems touch belongs to the client. Access, retention, model providers, and permitted uses are defined in the engagement agreement before any system is connected. We do not use client data to train models for other clients, and results published as research are anonymized and aggregated with the client’s written consent.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and then delete it. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.
